The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 13(L&C) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 13(L&C)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 31 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 7 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Hawker, Holm, Kerttula, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Ogg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Croft, Joule Absent: Harris, Heinze, Kapsner, Kohring, McGuire, Rokeberg, Williams And so, HCS CSSB 13(L&C) passed the House on reconsideration. 2003-05-19 House Journal Page 1922 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 13(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
